Beverly is a woman in perpetual motion. She and her new husband Duane bought a fixer-upper in the Danville Hills and given her familiarity with renovation projects dove straight in. Duane found himself a handywoman and yet while she is good at things like restoring old cabinetry he hewed a path from their home's patio down to the little shaded ceremony area, and hand-built the beautiful wood archway that they were wed under.
The couple enjoys hiking all over the bay area so when they're not busy working, they're busy exploring East Bay Regional Trails as well as the beauty of the greater S.F. Bay Area.
Their relaxed nature theme was expertly executed by Marcella of Marcella Camille Events. The former events coordinator for Ranch at Little Hills , a wedding venue tucked in the San Ramon Hills. Marcella brought her calm attention to detail and her sunny "can-do" attitude to this intimate backyard wedding. I've worked with her several times and admire her approach to hospitality and service. As her business is based both in California and Colorado more people will get to enjoy her as much as her couples, guests and vendors alike. She put together an elegant yet casual family lunch and it was a fun way for Beverly and Duane to spend time with loved ones on a perfect July afternoon.
